Robert Field - director

Robert grew up in the Transport industry when, as a young boy, his father began taking him out in the lorries, Robert has been working within the company since he was 18 years old, joining Peter Field Transport in 1987 as a warehouseman. He achieved his HGV1 licence in 1990 and often preferred to be out on the road driving to being in the office, even after becoming a joint director of the company in 2003. Always a keen traveller, he has widened his horizons through Europe and, in more recent years, to the Indian Himalayas and Sub Continent.

Paul Harrison - director

Paul has been working in the Transport industry since he was 16 years old.
He came to Peter Field Transport in May 1989 as an apprentice fitter. He succeeded in passing City & Guilds and National Craft Certificate in HGV Mechanics and became a qualified fitter in July 1992. Paul then gained his HGV1 licence and continued working as an HGV driver before his highly apparent organisational skills landed him a promotion to Transport Manager in November 1995. Realising his vocation on the administration side, dealing with clients and sealing new orders, driving as and when required, Paul became a joint director of the company in 2003.
